2nd time I scheduled an oil change and ended up there for almost 2 hours. Dropped off my car... went to breakfast .. came back they hadn’t started it. They didn’t have the part. I had been on the books for days...grrr waste of my time. Friendly service but not very organized.

If your vehicle was dropped off as a walk in there are times that the oil change can take up to 2-hrs because it is being worked in between said scheduled appointment. The express lane try's to move the appointments along as smoothly as they can but there are days this back log beyond control. When I got back in my car, the notes I had in one of my cubbies, was all over my floorboards. I also found a pair of needle nose pliers in the floor. While waiting in the waiting room there were a lot of employees gathered up at the refreshments counter. They were laughing and loud and I felt unprofessional. I will be seeking my future service from another dealer.
