The best dealership I've dealt with. starting with Kaitlyn King. I made an online inquiry about a Tacoma @9pm. next morning first thing Kaitlyn called. I told her what I wanted, my budget and she said " ok, I'm on it. " she was beyond friendly. within the hour get emailed a quote. next I am introduced to Ted Rippee internet sales via telephone. I was late for my appointment and they were very forgiving. It was time for the 30,000 mile service and they took care of everything very well. Also found a warranty issue and had it handled very quickly. The service writer was also extremely nice and kind related to some hardships that I’ve been dealing with.

I very dissatisfied with the service I received on Saturday. McKenzie came to me to tell me I had a big piece of metal in my tire and I would need to buy 2 new tires for over $600 I asked if they could just take the metal out and patch it she said no it was to big and the tire was leaking. First of all if my tire was leaking my warning light would of came on secondly my tires are less than a year old and has plenty of tread.
