Nothing works. Literally nothing. Wanna do laundry? Half the machines are broken. Want to use the elevator? Only one is actively working and there is 18 people in lobby and 5 strollers also waiting for an elevator. Only give out fobs to enter building, no keys, oh and you only get only 2 fons per apartment. You go out at 2am and your roomates/family have both 2 fobs and are also not home? Absolutely terrible. Any basic necessity you need - laundry, air conditioning, parking, utility everything every single thing is extra and is also very highly priced. Especially the air conditioning, its purely making use of people’s necessity.
Shity behaviour and services for what you u pay. They check the fire alarm without even noticing the residents and so on..
