What is with this building owner and hiring the most rude unprofessionals they could find? They never know anything and always have to call their manager, I don’t understand their purpose if they can’t handle things without calling their manager every single time with little to no solutions, and when u do ur met with attitude. Like im sorry u have to get off ur butt and do some work
We had a maintenance issue, they said will come between this time frame, doesn’t have basic manner to knock just came inside the unit and inside the door. Unacceptable behaviour. And the time frame was between 8-6. Who ca predict when they gonna come. Stupid people what if something happens with the girls staying inside or with out belonging. Literally worst place to live. The amenities they offer are shit. Half of the laundry machines are broken, the gym is just for the sake none of the equipment works, have to complain about anything multiple times after that management takes action. I don’t know why higher authority doesn’t see how the management is working. The people in the management are lazy. To solve one complain it takes a lot of time. In short I wouldn’t suggest anyone to rent a unit here.
This place has many problems and down points but the one employee named Anu.!!! She would be the first one in the line of all issues. Dear manager, teach her some customer service morals, she does not know about respect that she should learn. If not, she should give herself rest from working in customer service. She is irritating, does not help. Gresham is wasting money by paying her.!!!
Don't go on anything said verbally because certain people from the office deflect what they said.
