Living here over the past year has been an absolute nightmare from day one, and I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this place. The living conditions are completely unacceptable: 1.Pests: The bed bug situation is awful and persistent. Finally, the day has come,I’m moving out of this apartment. I completely agree with all the negative reviews posted here. Do not choose this apartment, even if they offer it to you for free,I repeat, do not take it. We had to deal with some kind of hassle almost every single day. I have had a very frustrating and disappointing experience living in these apartments. Constant Noise: There has been continuous parking lot construction for the last 4 months, causing non-stop disturbing noise. Water Interruptions: Every 2–3 days, the water supply is shut off without proper resolution, making day-to-day living extremely inconvenient. Stay away—do not move here! This is my second review because living here has been an absolute nightmare, and I only tried sticking it out to keep my cheap rent, but it’s completely not worth it. The bedbug infestation has been an ongoing issue that management refuses to fix, people are constantly roaming around high and making it unsafe to walk outside at night, and management is the absolute worst—completely unresponsive and useless while the building falls apart. Just within the last 2 weeks the water has been shut off once or twice for maintenance. Just got notices for both this Friday and following Monday water shut off from 8am-4pm. How is this legal leaving tenants without water for 8 hours is ridiculous. Nor is it the first and albeit not the last time either. It seems they hire the most incompetent contractors that are cheap and don’t do the job properly so they have to keep coming back.
