I am very disappointed with the management and maintenance of this place. The laundry facilities are unacceptable. The dryer does not work properly—I had to run it three times, and my clothes were still wet. This is extremely frustrating, especially when residents are paying for these facilities. What is with this building owner and hiring the most rude unprofessionals they could find? Also laundry room is always dirty and machines full of clothes and disgusting. People in this building also are so selfish leaving laundry in machines overnight , other ppl can’t use them or have to take them out to use. Worse than Worst is this building. Nothing works here and somehow they find unproffessional staff one after other to manage their office. Office staff - Rude, Unprofessional, and best in coming up with worst excuses and reasoning. Logic doesn't work in their office.
