LC Last week I picked up my new Wedding ring and Anniversary band that Grenon's custom made using all of my stones. The experience was great from start to finish. Betsy was wonderful to work with and was so helpful in helping me design the ring I have always wanted. I am so happy with the finished product and would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Custom Engagement Ring My fiance and I love the engagement ring Grenon's created especially for us! I was able to do all of the communication by e-mail and over the phone and it was always stellar service! Thank you for a beautiful ring! Over-the-Top service and result! About a month ago I picked up my completely rebuilt and refurbished Rolex Submariner (red lettered) watch from Grenon's of Newport. NOT surprisingly (I have utilized their services in the past), they did an AMAZING job of getting it running again in peak "health" as well as tweaking some some other issues that I had not been aware of. A cut above the rest! I can't compliment the Grenon's enough on their service and exceptional attention to detail. Gail Whitney Allen Grenon's of Newport is very professional and extremely customer service oriented. My Rado watch was completely rebuilt and is functioning just as well as it was when purchased in 1992. I treasure my watch as it is my signature piece of jewelry and am grateful to Betsy, Raymond and their staff for taking the time and effort to "get it right" the first time!

Eternity Band I recently had a beautiful custom Diamond Eternity Band made here... and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! The process to create just the custom look I wanted was efficient and precise..all handled through email...This business has VERY high standards and I know they will always stand behind what they sell.
