She created custom renderings of each rendition, and made sure we felt cared for, listened to, and she ordered many sample rings for me to try throughout the process. I recently had the opportunity to meet the staff at Grenon's of Newport after my Fiancé proposed with my grandmothers heirloom sapphire/diamond gold ring. They were more than capable of taking on this prized possession of ours and everything was done with great respect and detail. I was surprised when my fiancé said i could choose a second ring due to the fact my grandmothers needed to be resized and reset. Another great day at Grenon’s! We relocated to NC last year and could not wait to go back this summer ! We did a quick weekend trip driving 16 hours one way just to see them and my husband purchased a few watches. Ray is so animated with his watch expertise! Betsy and Kathy are amazing as well . From the day my husband walked into the store with camouflage shorts , they truly embraced us like family! Can’t wait to go back next summer ! 🍷
