With a solid selection of beers and basic menu, Grendel's was made for happy hour: half-price food between Monday to Wednesday 5 to 7:30pm or Thursday to Sunday 9-11:30pm . For a splurge, try their dark ‘n stormy: ginger beer + serious rum. Even better—they have hard cider on tap. The food? Unremarkable, but definitely good enough to return. In nice weather, aim for the patio, but be aware the half-price deal is only available inside.

Awesome. Awesome awesome awesome. Wait staff was more than attentive; and because we waited what they considered too long, one of our waiters bought our beer. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The music playing was at a good level, and added to the ambiance.The food was excellent.
I did not get to do anything here because a tall man with a black beard decided on his own that my id and my 3 friends ids"s were "flimsy". We are all 24 and were extremely offended. I have never had this happen anywhere else and he didn't even try to check them online. He made the judgement himself took our orders and then waited 20 minutes before telling us he would not serve us. I can't believe any restaurant would hire some one so incompetent.
Probably has good food and good drinks--but I wouldn't know, as my group of 24-year old friends and I weren't served for having "flimsy" id's, 20 minutes AFTER they were checked and our orders placed while we waited. Appalled by the service, one star. Waiter was tall, skinny, with dark hair and a beard.
Great place, booze has great variety #ghosttequila LOVE the brisket Mac and cheese, great place to get drunk and have snacks. A1
My food was ok but my husband didn't like his at all. Our waiter was sitting at the bar looking at YouTube videos with some girl while we sat waiting for him to come back to see if we needed anything.
Grand bar, with good atmosphere and decent prices, what more do you want? A pint of blood? Well you can feck off!
