Very busy office. The appointment did not suffer, considering that fact. I was surprised that the waiting room was so full of people considering the pandemic. I was mildly uncomfortable because I have pre-existing conditions that put me at risk, and my visit occurred during the height of Omicron. I wore a mask and tried my best to maintain a 6-foot distance. The wait was not that long for my appointment. Our insurance switched TPA’s and the Grekin insurance verification dept NEVER called the verification number on the card, somehow they determined we had no coverage and my daughter waited their 45 minutes just to have to reschedule or pay in full at the time of visit. We have been going there for 3 1/2 years and they don’t believe the patient!!
The office was super crowded and the staff was rude. I DO NOT recommend.
Staff was very friendly. The Doctor and assistants were also reassuring and made you feel at ease.
Yes, of course, but the problem I arrived with (a ringworm type rash on my forehead) still hasn’t disappeared. I’ve been at the office 3 times. Not happy about this. 2 little tubes of a medication were given to me at my last visit. I’ve had my ear stitched and I took my mom to dr. Grekin’s office many times and a young woman showed up several times at church of Christ to assist my mom until she couldn’t come anymore because of some Medicare issues (I think).
Had a full body inspection by a good doctor.
Wait a loooong time for a doorknob doctor. Missed skin cancer spot with a “skin check”
