Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
