Absolutely Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Sometimes Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable
