This company service my apartment complex. The floors look good after the service but they dont get all the soap out of the carpet. The soap leaves a sticky film on the carpet and attracts dirt.
I haven't used their service but they're making a huge racket in residential apartments starting at 1:40 in the morning. WHY do a carpet job overnight and wake everyone up? Carpets are not that urgent and people can easily clear out during the day. There's no rhyme or reason to be so loud at nearly two in the morning, for an extended amount of time.
