Horrible Service. I thought I was invisible. I waked in and it was completely empty with a lady behind the counter. I stood in front of the counter for literally over 5 minutes and never was acknowledged. She was preparing mobile orders I believe, but not once did she say “I’ll be right with you” “give me a sec” nothing. A man walked in with a trash bin, went behind the counter, and proceeded to rip off the mobile orders and start placing the stickers on cups. This is when I knew forsure I was Casper the ghost. The coffee is good, but the pastries are a little small.

The biscotti testarossa lattes were amazingly delicious!
I just left this place getting a caramel macchiato. I'm so pissed, my cup is half full. I was trying to post a Pic with this post but it seems I have to do it separately. VERY UPSETTING...😡
