I do like Gregory's coffee, but I just had an experience at this location where I'd placed a mobile order for pickup 10 minutes after store open. Although, funnily enough, it looks like my order was made and ready right on time looking through the window, the staff did not open the shop for 20 minutes past opening, making me late to work by the time I did actually get my drink.
Great! Every time I go the customer service is always wonderful and the food is awesome
Why run a coffee shop if you are super disinterested in the product and you’re not polite & kind to your customers? There was no “how can I help you” with a smile, no “thank you, your coffee will be waiting for you around the corner.” I think there was actually zero words spoken between me and the lady at the register.
