If you are in a hurry, save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. I placed my order well in advance, and I still had to wait for more than 10 minutes once I arrived—and it was literally just a croissant! There is absolutely no reason a pre-ordered pastry should take that long. The staff here seem to be living in their own world and have zero sense of urgency. Do yourself a favor and just walk straight to the Starbucks across the street instead. You'll actually get your order on time.

Espresso tastes watered down. Idk if the owner is trying to be cheap or what but the espresso has greatly deteriorated in quality compared to a few weeks ago.
