I came in for breakfast and wanted the skinny breakfast sandwich but they were out. It seems that when I go it's always out. More should be ordered to have on hand. I had the New Yorker. It was fine but I had a taste for the skinny. Other than that all was ok.
I have visited 3 different locations in manhattan and this exchange place location is better than all 3! Welcoming staff, fresh pastries and a cool refreshing atmosphere! I had the salted caramel and it was bussin! lol. I will definitely be visiting again soon!
Love this spot! The coffee is always delicious and made just right. The team here is super friendly and remembers my usual, which makes every visit feel extra special.
Hi today I came in with a relatively big order. I was helped by a girl named Rose who to be honest looked like she was the only one working/there at the time. Even with such a hectic morning rose gave us such a great customer experience asking us about our day and explaining the London calling to us. I’ve frequented the exchange location with my husband a few times and every time service has been great.
