I’d like to commend the team, I stopped coming here summer of last year because of the absolute chaos and rudeness of the team. It seems there’s been an incredible pivot since then even if they’re suffering from short staffing like this morning. Thank you to Marlo (I think that’s his name, I overheard the other barista call his name) and the female barista on shift this morning.
Just picked up my spicy avocado toast today after a long time from this Exchange place location and I must say the quality has deteriorated alot since my last visit few months back. The lady who took my order was prepping it up for me- and she took forever even though it wasn’t really a rush hour. Also after I reminded her on my order, she resumed working on my order. The end result is crappy as she most likely toasted my bread a lil too much and it feels like chewing a brick
Great service and location. The line really moves. I ordered online and my order was ready faster than the 8 minutes quoted
