Been here a couple times, usually it takes a while to get my order even with only 2-3 people ahead of me. Today I ordered the seasonal cherry blossom drink, the taste was fine, but there was way too much ice. Not to mention, the drink lids are not properly sealed, and I realized that after taking every sip, a few drops would spill onto my shirt, making a mess. Even after cleaning around the cup and lid, it continued to leak.
