The taste was good, but for iced coffee with this amount of ice is unacceptable. I’m here to pay the coffee not the ice. And I did NOT ask for extra ice, this is how they made it.
Use to come daily but now staff always seems to be a bad mood, drinks have been off. Muffins are undercooked.
Horrid. Ordered pumpkin latte... and biscotti testarossa. Watered down. I don't know if they are changing ingredients to make more money? Just watered down garbage. Disappointed because usually great. Both drinks were watered down so not a one off. Cynthia was cashier but guy who made coffee needs training. Save your money! We visit Gregorys all over. Time to rethink?
