Dr Gertner performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes in one session. There was some concern with one due to an old injury. The procedure went quickly and well. He and his team were great. They were professional, thorough, courteous, attentive, and pleasant. Dr Gertner clearly answered all questions regarding the procedure and provided clear easy instructions for my follow up care. I was thoroughly pleased with the results of my procedure and the entire process. Many thanks to Dr Gertner and his team!
This was my first visit with him. He was familiar with my file, explained the results of the visual field test, confirmed ongoing meds, gave instructions for six months follow-up, and apologized for my having to wait longer than expected due to a emergency patient referred from urgent care.
