last June this company put in a brand new central air conditioning unit which they were promptly paid for in full. This past July it stopped working and I called them. I was told they no longer do air conditioning and I was on my own. I'm still trying to get it fixed on something that has a 10 yr warranty on it. my advice is STAY AWAY from this rip off company.

Good afternoon Jim. The warranty is determined by the manufacturer of the AC unit and not contractor who installed it. Which means your warranty is still honored by the manufacturer, regardless on who works on your equipment. We have experienced personnel changes between the time the unit was installed and the time of the malfunction of the unit. While looking for my first home I called on Gregory Plumbing and Heating several times. They were able to find a 20,000 dollar repair that was not disclosed by the seller. I was able to get out of the contract and leave that house in the dust. Now, as a new home owner it has been very reassuring to have a solid, responsive company to do business with. Great people
