I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did the orthodontist give you a good idea of what the final results would look like? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
