Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did the orthodontist spend time with you during your visit? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
