I scheduled an appointment at 9:00 a.m. and was told to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The staff took blood pressure, urine, and such and left me waiting in an exam room for almost 2 hours! After calling the front desk, I was told the doctor WAS NOT EVEN IN THE OFFICE YET! I collected my co-pay and told them I would NEVER be back! A few weeks later I received almost $1000 in bills as he proceeded to test me for 19 different drugs! Arrogance is a complete understatement!
He listened to all my concerns. I had a very thorough exam which has never been done before. He scheduled me for testing for what needs to be done. He is definitely the Dr. to see.
On 2 occasions I was scheduled for the first appt after the dr's lunch break and both times he wasnt even in the building til 1 hr after my appt. Yes his staff left me in exam room for entire hr both times knowing he wasnt even back yet and i know this cause i watched him pull in from the exam window. I also could clearly hear them on phone with him saying Are you almost hear and laughing. Total arrogance!!!
Dr. Facemyer listens to my problems & concerns and he completely takes the time to assess and handle ALL problems and Concerns. The staff are always friendly with me. The facility is always clean, and the location could not be better! You do wait a little long to see Dr. Facemyer, but once you do see him, it is well worth the wait. He knows his stuff!
