The first gentleman who came out was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing but the people who did the work were terrible. The parked a truck in the backyard and stayed when it started raining so we have ruts in the backyard. We did two different treatments to save a Japanese maple and today instead of cutting the dead wood at the top of that tree which is what they were supposed to do, they too off perfectly healthy branches. A business that will not allow a direct communication with supervision, you will be directed to a clerk and they will decide to take your concern or not to the level that is requested. This business is not professionally managed in my opinion, and I deal with many firms that perform similar tasks that do NOT make a hassle in attempts to get a hold of someone that can answer questions about a job or additional information needed pertinent to it.

Oliver and his crew destroyed our sprinkling system and certain parts of our very well manicured lawn. When we realize the sprinkler system was destroyed and we reached out to him to fix it he abdicated responsibility, blamed my husband and basically said too bad it’s not my fault. I do not recommend this company in any way, shape or form.
