Dr Dienes is the best diabetic specialist I've ever had. He understands that I know my body and therefore treats me with respect.

He was ignorant of my previous trials with insulin use through my primary care provider. I got my A1C down from 9.3 to 8.4 so I could get on ozempic, he argued with me about this stating that didn't"t meet the criteria. I said I'dd meet it. I told him I felt he had done nothing for me to improve my health and that I would not be coming back. This physician had no interest in Listening to me as a patient, he was arrogant and egotistical.
I sat in the exam room for over 1 hr. And was not told that the Doctor had an emergency, I left after that and made a new appointment,
Very through , professional, explained everything very well. Listened to what I had to say.
