The upmost worst experience and biggest headache! We saw a truck we wanted on their website, however we live in Iowa. They directed us to their Newton store even though we were willing to drive to Omaha. Newton was then to arrange us to get the truck. We waited a week for this truck and found out by our asking the truck was sold out from under us! Everyone we talked to couldn't have been any more unprofessional! We are very familiar with Melissa. We shared with them that we have a policy during this crisis that we only sell to our customers and not outside our state. She and her husband called numerous times trying to say they were from Lincoln and even threatening to get an attorney if we didn't sell them a truck. We would love to sell a vehicle to everyone, but unfortunately until this crisis is over we will make sure we can go the extra mile for our customers.
Hello I bought a 2016 ******** xts 3-26 -2020 from the ******* store I was told they were going to replace all 4 strut's on my car because there were bad the service department took my car to Gregg young in Omaha to have this done had my car for a week and half when I received the car back none of the work was done they told me at the ******* store they replaced them I crawled under the car and check them out they were the same struts as before because I took pictures before they took my car to Omaha at my mechanic shopafter... read more
