Having recently experienced an unsatisfactory service at an American car dealership, I am inclined to avoid making such a purchase in the future. I wish I would have checked these reviews before my purchase. I bought my 2024 Chevy Trax in June 3023. I specifically told my salesperson I wanted a sunroof installed. No problem, make an appointment and we'll give a loaner. Easy peasy, right? No!!! I believe after he found out it wasn't easy, he told me to go through the glass place directly and I would get a better deal - WRONG!! The glass place told me that isn't true! I understand that there was a price increase which is quite common these days, but we will honor the original price rest assured. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment, which was meant to be covered. I mentioned an issue I had every now and again with the theft deterrent system in the car, expecting it to covered. No one had mentioned anything different and I had not signed anything authorizing extra service on my car. I'm contacted hours later saying they had not even looked at my car yet and were going to have to keep it overnight. Gregg Young Chevrolet sold me a 2009 Chevrolet 2500hd a couple months ago and advertised it with specific options. I researched the truck as best I could but also trusted this dealer would not mislead a customer. When I just spoke with the used car manager Dennis that actually listed this truck claims they have no trail of the auto trader ad that listed these specific options. My name is Stan ******. On February 18th 2022 I purchased a 2019 ****/F-150 Supcrew pickup from your Dealership in plattsmouth Ne. I also purchased a warranty plan to cover 100 percent of the electrical and electronics which also covered some other products. My wife purchased a 2017 Lincoln and has had nothing but issues since the purchase. The same issue took over a month and a half to fix and, less than two weeks later, another issue has arose. They have now had the car for another week and we still haven't even heard a diagnostic on it yet. We have had to contact them, repeatedly, for everything and they still can't seem to know how to contact us back. Zach, the sales manager is deceptive and lacks any type of integrity in resolve problems. I had asked RJ, the salesman I was dealing with if the **** that was advertised on ******* came with a soft top as listed on the ad. RJ put me on hold and asked the sales manager, Zach about it. I called this dealership and asked do they help customers that's in bankruptcy, l was told Yes. I texted Paul to ask if they had a Chevy avalanche he said no.
