For around a month and a half to two months noise from upstairs neighbor increased dramatically during the hours of 4am-7am. Neighbor refuses to come to the door to discuss solutions. Something as simple as a can of WD-40 would be enough to mitigate the issue especially given that we wear earplugs and take sleep aids to try to make it through the night fully rested despite the noise. Worst apartment management company in Madison. This all started when this company bought over the apartments that I was living in. This is the Nakoma Commons property. During the purchase they could not locate some paperwork and my first impression of this company was a letter on my door telling me to provide them this documentation that they lost or else I would get a 5 day eviction notice.
