When I broke my typewriter, they tried to fix it. When it was unfixable, they took my pieces out of old one & put in new one ( that could be reused-correction tape) instead of charging me for more when I still had some, put the new ribbon in, had me an extra bagged, had it all ready to go when I popped in to get it! She even saw I had an $85 credit and gave that to me! How about that for customer service? Very nice & helpful!!! Shop local!!!
