I've been very pleased with the treatment I've received from Dr. Johnson and his staff. Very competent and professional. I've had a couple of crowns done there and they turned out great. The staff is very friendly.
I have had excellent service from both the customer service experence, but more importantly the dental care. I find Dr. Johnson and his staff to be extremely competent and professional.
Very good bed side manner. Insurance was easy, and staff was knowledgable about what was covered.
I purchased Invisalign through Dr Johnson and I was skeptical at first. He charged well over a thousand dollars LESS than the next 5 or 6 estimates I received. Everything worked out perfectly. A friendly staff that remembered me each time I came in and a flexible schedule. I had to leave for Iraq part way through my treatment so they prepared the rest of my aligners and sent them with me. I am heading back next week for whitening. Very professional with a personal feel.
He's very gentle, his office staff are very nice. I've had crowns, Invisilign, Zoom whitening. 100% satisfied. His office is in San Diego not Coronado.
They treat you like a VIP. Dr. Johnson has zoom whitened my teeth, done porcelin crowns (remove gold and mercury), and I currently have Invisilign braces for cosmetic correction. I also have cleanings done every 6 months. My teeth look great! He and his staff are very warm, the atmosphere is very nice and he is incredibly gentle.
VERY welcoming and accomodating with excellent customer service. i have visited this office twice, and although i haven't had any major work done, they have been efficient and great with the services given. they seem to do the work needed without pressuring patients into unneccessary procedures. the staff is great about dealing with insurance business and scheduling future appointments.
Dr. Johnson takes the time to listen to you as well as explain the procedures. He's very gentle and will stop the second you indicate any discomfort. Very friendly, efficient staff.
Dr. Johnson has been a great dentist for me. He is very considerate and careful and always takes the time to explain procedures. Going to the dentist is never fun, but Dr. Johnson takes away any stress or anxiety you might have. He's great!
