Kyle Geisberger, the current owner, began working at Gregg Heating in 2001, eventually taking over for Greg in 2017 when he retired. Gregg Heating’s motto is “Do the job right the first time, and stand behind what you do”. We live by that motto, providing excellence in all areas of service to our clients. My family was completely satisfied with the exceptional work done by everyone at Gregg Heating. My husband is very particular about work done at our home. Luckily he is very knowledgeable and able to maintain/fix our home; for this reason we rarely contract out work. We would never use Gregg Heating again or recommend them to anyone. Very rude and not professional. They did not care about us and our situation. They do not try and make the customer satisfied! WAY OVERPRICED!!!
Gregg Heating came out to clean my two furnaces. Well they cleaned the furnaces and said that there were two parts the needed to be replaced. They replaced the parts which cost $175.00 a piece. I found out that you can purchase these parts for $40.00. I called other heating companies and they only charge $60.00 per piece. They overcharged me by 400% versus other heating companies.
