Feels more like a Mcdonald's drive thru than a doctors office. Waited well over an hour past my appointment time only for him to rush in the room, barely look at me, and refer me to someone else all while downplaying my pain and symptoms. I mean, spent no more than THREE MINUTES in my room. Talked too fast for me to understand him. To make it even better, he prescribed me a medication and lo and behold, I go to my pharmacy to pick it up and it was never sent there. A family member saw Dr Malmquist. He was highly disrespectful after the patient declined surgical options. He cut the appointment short and acted like his time was wasted.
Dr. Gregg Malmquist is a fantastic doctor with a great bedside manner. My dad has been dealing with back pain and was able to get in to see Dr. Malmquist. He quickly addressed the problem and explained everything in terms we could easily understand. He gave us options ranging from conservative to surgery. At the end of the visit he surprised us with suckers making us all laugh! Great experience and we would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Malmquist was great to fit me in for a steroid shot for my knee! He also took time to explain the ways for my plantar fasciitis to get better. He was very kind and up front on plans for healing. I’m back at work today, on my feet with very little pain at all!
