they did an excellent job had all material and tools needed to complete installation no bs, no extra cost they worked hard and got job done in less time i thought it would having a slight issuse with sprinkler controller but they are coming this afternoon to resolve issue with no fanfare

I've read other reviews and they seem to be happy with the Job done by Tanzer Sprinklers. This is why we chose them. Originally when we first called, customer service was helpful and polite. But that was the only thing good that happened. The service tech came to do a simple job. Move 2 sprinklers heads by simply cutting the tubing to the right length. Well, for our first sprinkler he decided where it was, was okay. It wasn't, but he left it there. Then for the second sprinkler head we asked him to move, we specifically said... read more

The service person could not do the service call, and I helped! The company is not put together regarding process management. The right hand does not know what.the left hand is doing. My service call is far from being completed.
We were very happy with their work. The gentleman that did the work did a good job, our sprinklers are working great, and we thought that the price was reasonable. Would definitely hire them again.
