We needed sprinkler service in late spring, everyone was booked up for weeks and they were able to come in a few days. First time our system wouldn't come on properly, they didn't charge us a call-out fee and rescheduled. Second time they were great, stayed late into the evening, fixed some troublesome broken heads but were very helpful as to what we can easily service ourselves versus paying a pro
The company charges a lot for their services and the parts they use break down a lot, but I guess that is just the cost of having sprinklers made of plastic.

Their serviceman (Andy) was professional & helpful.
They were the 1st to call back, the next morning someone was out to fix what was a major issue in under an hour...no time wasting here! He explained the problem, explained within 3 days someone would e be out to adjust, replace, repair the sprinkler heads. I was asked I minded the serviceman to stop by the next day, even though it might be after 5:00pm. No problem at all :-) The next day Francisco showed up at 5:00pm fixed a 5-zone sprinkler system within an hour. Amazing the follow up, coordination among employees and court... read more

Their schedule books up fast. A little hard to get on their calendar. Standard service agreements were a little costly compared to provider I had before
