Did a nice clean job.
I had an appointment for them to come last Saturday between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up until 10, fortunately I got someone when I called their office and they said someone would come in another 30 mintues or so. The person who showed did not know what he was doing; he ended up blowing up the pressure valves. when he left he said we have to schedule an appointment with the service tech who will get us an estimate. It took a while to get the installation started but once it was done it was done quickly. Had one unexpected leak which was repaired the next day. Very satisfied with the finished product.
The technician, Jerome, was fantastic. I’m new to the home so he showed me how my system is laid out and what zone was which. Showed me where a break in my system is that will have to be repaired come spring. They were quick to schedule me an appointment for this winterization that worked with my schedule. The technician showed during the 2 hour window I was given. I was happy with the service and the cost. I have an 8 zone system.

Scheduling the installation to begin or be completed was not a pleasant experience but the installation itself went quiet smoothly. The lawn was left in very good condition after the pipe was installed. The equipment they use leaves little to no evidence of any actual trenching.

The crew showed up early and got to work right away. They never stopped working and they explained everything they were doing. They just left and the grounds are clean and picked up and other than a little mud (to be expected) the system is up and running like promised. You won't be sorry if you hire Greg Tanzer.
