Greg helped sell my mother's home in La Jolla late last year. Greg did a great job for us. He was professional and courteous, and always kept us in informed on all developments. He helped us navigate the whole of the sales process up through final close. I was remote through much of the sales process and Greg worked off-hours to accommodate my time zone. I highly recommend Greg.
Greg helped me with the sale of my mother's home, which was in a trust, in 2024. Greg had multiple resources to assist us with landscaping, painting, electrical and staging needs. All the resources were excellent for our needs. Greg is by far the best person I have ever worked with when it comes to buying/selling homes and everything associated with it. I had a very unique property I was selling that had several challenges that Greg went above and beyond in assisting me with. Made the whole process very seamless and represented me as a seller better than I could have expected. Will be buying another property in the near future and will be having Greg assist there as well.
