Very deceiving staff. Was misinformed, spoken to rudly and had something broken in my car while service dept change a peice and was not told about it.
This last 30 days have been some of the hardest days of my life! From losing my grandmother, whom I was very close with, to being involved in an auto accident (other persons fault) and having my car totaled, to my 14yr old daughter having to have surgery on her broken wrist due to the accident, to my 4yr old having to get staples for busting his head on a cabinet at the Dr’s office!!
