In this segment of vehicle sales, I see a lot of double talk, bait and switch, and deceptive advertising. We bought our daughter a 2013 Veloster about two years ago. We did purchase the extended warranty with the vehicle and had Greg LeBlanc do all the scheduled maintenance on the vehicle. We noticed the vehicle would get low on oil, therefore we advised the service department of the issue. We then began doing an oil consumption test. This took SEVERAL visits. As most knows buying a vehicle is never a breeze. We met Ms. Amy, she showed us around. I thought going in knowing exactly what I want would be what I would have walked out with. After searching for over a week and going back and forth between different makes & models, I saw this online and had to have it! We drove 1.5 hours from Hammond and the staff went above and beyond to do everything possible to get us driving home in our new explorer! Shout out to Austin for being the best salesman ever! We love our new ride, my kiddos enjoy all the space in the back seat, and we are so thankful with how well we were treated the minute we set foot in the door! Well worth the drive 😊
Mariah at Greg Leblanc Hyundai was THE BEST! I did a bit of shopping around before settling, and together, we were able to make the best deal. She worked with me for quite a while until we got exactly what I wanted. I drove over two hours away to get my new car, and I would do it all over again if I had to.
