Very kind and efficient service department. While visiting Indiana from North Carolina, I encountered an alert on my Santa Cruz that required attention before my 10 hour return trip. When I called a dealership in Fort Wayne, they were not helpful and would not offer a service appointment in a timely manner. We have bought a few vehicles from this dealership and have always felt well taken care of. Our salesman, Noah, was very friendly and easygoing and definitely wanted to help us make the right choice.
To add to this review: the diagnostic they ran was looking at the lid to the fuse box putting a fuse in and taking it out to let them know it was the fuse. I just left autozone where I bought 5 20amp fuses for $5.49!!! They wanted to charge me $105 to replace ONE fuse! They didn’t get that so they charged me $169 and said they preformed a diagnostic (they read the fuse box lid, pulled a fuse out and stuck one in seen it worked and charged me $169.00!!!!) I can’t say enough positive things about Greg Hubler Hyundai in Muncie, IN. It was one of the most easiest, friendliest and amazing car shopping experience!! So much so that I end up trading in my 2023 Kona N-Line and leased 2024 Tucson!! Once again MY wonderful sales agent, Jenna Carter, was very hands-on, detailed and knowledgeable!
