In September 2023 My 2016 **** F350 King ***** diesel that I purchased from **** Hubler 14 months prior for $56k died on me and would not start. My husband contacted ** and said he was going to have it towed there, this was a Friday late afternoon, they said okay, but they close at 6pm so we just left the keys in it. 4 months ago went to get a water pump changed, I had called to ask that since the water pump going out is a VERY well known issues with this model car and that it is so expensive to fix if they would work on the price of it with me to retain a customer. The employee told me they could do it for 1500$, AFTER they get it tore down he calls to say he miscalculated the cost and that it would be 2700$, THEN he calls the next day to tell me the mechanic broke the valve cover that it was going to be another 300$.
