Natasha greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in. :) She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I had a watch in need of a new battery and I understood it was a big risk. Greg (the owner) personally came out to tell me his game plan and that he would make a special mold to minimize risk. The repair was speedy and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Greg Foote Jewelers was fantastic to work with! We purchased some diamond earrings for my mom for Christmas and not only were they the most beautiful of all the earrings we had looked at, but Greg walked us through selecting a diamond and setting, explained how to get the best sparkle from your stone, and was overall a pleasure to work with.
Brought a diamond earring in to get the diamond reset. For my wife for Christmas. They said normally it would be end of January they said they would get it done for Christmas. Few days later it was ready and they cleaned up both. Looked brand new!!
