My wife and I were having issues with the 2.4l oil consumption reimbursement. We emailed the lawyers on the paperwork, Greg Coleman was one them. Within 2 days, we received a response from Dawn. She was very helpful in guiding us through the appeal process, which resulted in our reimbursement being approved.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an intake interview for one of my parents. Still have heard nothing. Called again last week....STILL no call back. ****Update: It took a long time to respond. They did, FINALLY, make an attempt to soothe things for us. I changed my 2 star rating, to a 3 star but it definitely wasn't for the response time.
They are the best! Super helpful, Dawn would always respond in a timely manner to my many emails. I can't thank Dawn and everyone enough for everything her and the team did for me.
