I bought my 2003 Mitsubishi evolution from Greg coats. All I can say is best experience ever hands down! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed as if I was family. Very happy with my purchase not a single problem with my new car I absolutely love it. Greg coats will be the only car lot that I will be purchasing from in the future. Thank you for all your help. I drove four hours away to look at a car on their lot. Employees were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Very pleased on service and their other inventory on lot keep it up. It is a must stop by place, check it out.
Horrible customer service. I stopped in to look at and test drive a truck I was interested in purchasing. After several minutes of standing around outside, I was finally approached by a salesperson and notified that "I mean, it's late, I'll see if I can find somebody." (It was 40 minutes before closing.) Just rude and dismissive all around. I took my business elsewhere.
WARNING !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT. UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF.
I WILL NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE BOUGHT A FORD EXPLORE HAD IT FOR 3 HOURS AND THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AFTER GOING ROUND AND ROUND AND FIGHTING WITH THEM THEY FINALLY SAID THAT THEY WILL LET ME TRADE IT FOR ANOTHER SUV SO WE DID HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS AND THE WATER PUMP AND THE TRANSFER CASING Went OUT NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS STUCK WITH THIS LEMON BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T HELP ME SO THANKS FOR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN CAR BUYING ALL THEY SELL IS LEMONS IF THIS DON'T MAKE YOU A BELIEVER I KNOW OF TWO OTHER PEOPL... read more
