I like all the sales folks at Greg Coats but hey thats their job, right?! I just purchased my second vehicle from them and have driven MAYBE 3 times in 30 days due to all the mechanical issues. It seems that this group undercoats the underside of the vehicle so upon initial inspection, they appear to be pretty solid but once you start breaking down and a mechanic begins closer inspection you realize you bought a 15,000 dollar piece of trash. You might get lucky and get a good car, but if you have any issue at all they will not back up their promises. I don't know about everyone else but I don't like rolling dice when purchasing a vehicle. In my opinion go elsewhere.........
I had the awesome experience yesterday of going to the Kentucky Derby with my son, Kenneth Johnson, who works at Greg Coats Cars and Trucks. I got to meet the Coats family. They were all so friendly, gracious and fun. I'm proud of Kenny for being the leading salesman last month and winning the tickets. I'm very thankful for Greg Coats Cars and Trucks for the great time!
If you shop at this lot make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing! Heard a lot of bad things about people's experience with Greg coats,selling vehicles with issues & verbally agreeing to fix things with ZERO intention to do so.
