Great Dentist dest lady up front very lacking gave my info they didn’t record it Gave it again they sent the billing info to the wrong ins company they need someone that listens to the patients I’ve called many times they didn’t answer when I questioned them they said we only have 2 people at the dest ( how many of them does it take to simply pick up the phone very disappointed not in the dentist but the front dest

The dental team are extremely kind and caring especially Pam my husband had a wonderful experience today. John is a hospice patient and they take extra special care both with him personally and his needs. We are new to the area so this was our first visit. I am a sixty year old person with dental problems. Dentist had already made a referral for me before even entering the treatment room and meeting me. Dentist told me everything she could not do - but did not have a treatment plan in place. Hygienist was unable to clean my teeth as equipment was broken. Never again - what a nightmare! Where NOT to go for dental care! Left office in tears.
