Joe Greer is a crook ! I paid my SUV off 3 mo's ago and he won't give me the title so I can't drive it without tags ! I tried to be nice but I'm sick on Chemo and I've had to miss 2 Dr visits because of him ! I had to call the police I can't go around giveing every car lot 1500.00 while I do without !! He wouldn't come talk to the police man so he's going to get a warrant !!
