this is a great place to workout. if you want somewhere that you aren't just a number and the staff knows you by name and treats you like family this IS the gym for you!
if you're looking for an awesome environment for you workout, this is the place! the new smoothie bar is a great addition! tried the chocolate peanut butter meal replacement shake as my supper tonight... loved it!!! another way to help me meet my goals!
