They lack communication skills, they are rude for no reason at all. I pay my rent on time and highly prefer to have little next to no interaction with the property management. When I wake up and my water is off without notice or I’m given a 20 minute once every month that the water is going off for hours. Maintenance request take months to be fulfilled. Rodents are present and a request for an exterminator is like pulling teeth.
Unprofessional, rude, and agent Steve consistently makes false promises, does not return calls or texts, and plays the “clueless and concerned” role on the phone. Eddie in maintenance is rude and unprofessional. Still waiting for my handicapped parking space since July 2019 Andre it’s now February 2021. They even had my car towed for parking in the grass when there was no other place to park. Do not rent from this company. Apartments in Chester, PA, called Wallingford View.
