Went with my daughter to rent a house. The staff there are wonderful! Helped her find and secure a home for her little family. I was pleased with the service.
Bugs on "move in" day!
I didn't want to give a ONE star but I had to in order to leave a review. Greenwood Rental Agency is a joke! They keep a large amount of my father's deposit because of dust, broken blinds ( that were already broken when he moved in) tub/ sink stains ( again were already there due to the age) and dirty baseboards. I have pictures when I moved him in and after the vacate. FYI Be sure to complete the inspection list throughly and please take pictures and video if you want most of your money back! Worst place you could ever rent from!!!!! 0/10 do not recommend! They are very unprofessional and have zero communication skills when it comes to keeping you up-to-date with the repair request you put in.
