Verified Renter I'd like to start off by saying everyone. As far as maintenance to management is kind and courteous and respectful, The way they keep up the grounds. The grass is always nice, the trees are trimmed. No trash on the ground. It's a very beautiful place to live. Neighbors are nice, quiet, no rif-raf walking through. All around 10 on a scale of 1-10 and I would recommend Greenwood Point apartment homes to anybody who's looking.

Verified Renter Couldn't have found a better place to call home. Even being a person with a visual imparement, all staff and neighboring apartments all go above and beyond of friendliness and having each other's backs. Recommend Greenwood all the time when someone is iso of an apartment.
