Jessica at the office was helpful and friendly. The technician was Justin. He was very informative and answered all my questions. His work was top shelf and cleanup included removing the old water heater and cleaning up any debris. Highly recommended.

First off Ed and Jim were very professional they were here when they said they would be. They went over every detail to make sure what would be done then they did it. They ask my opinion on a couple of things just to make sure it was correct. The best part was when they were finished they showed me pictures of the work they had done and it met my exceptions .I would not hesitate to have them do more work for me if needed. We’ve been using Greenwood Plumbing for a couple of years now and they are always fair, honest, and efficient. We have had several different technicians and they have all been excellent. Today, Shayne was assigned to our job. I could not be available, so my wife stood by with him and explained the situation. After inspection, he rectified the issue extremely quickly and kindly informed us that it was only a loose fitting. There was no “upsell” or unnecessary work completed.
