I had a great experience! Justin and Mike did e collect work. Installed my new hot water tank in no time and fixed a lot of the piping. Very good work thay I am very happy with. Excellent service. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter service!!!

Eric showed up on time, and was able to resolve the issue, (leaking shut off valve under kitchen sink) quickly and efficiently. Reviewed the pipe in basement directly UNDER valve, , where water had been dripping from above, and determined the pipe was sound, (not leaking.) No attempt to make it a bigger project than it was, (read: HONEST.) Gave us pricing, (at our request) for replacing valves and kitchen faucet. Didn’t even get to have services done. I called and explained the issue and said that it was a “Through-The-Wall AC numerous times and the guy said they work on those and install them as well. I stayed out of work and missed out on double time and a half for this appointment for them to call moments before their arrive time just to tell me they don’t work on “Through-The-Wall ACs. Mr Rooter (Greenwood Plumbing and Heating) made it so simple to get the diagnosis/repairs done and they were able to accommodate the one day I am available during the week on short notice. Cameron was stellar and did an excellent job with the repairs. I highly recommend him and the team and will definitely be working with them again

When I made my initial call on a Sunday, I received a prompt call back and an appointment was set up right away. I can’t say enough of how professional, kind and well knowledgeable Charles our repair man was. We have had them do repairs in the past and will continue to do business with them.
