rude, belligerent, un-professional My dealer called for us and asked about servicing 2 brand new units that were having problems, said they were 10 days out on service. Asked our dealer to schedule the appt. right away so we could get them on the schedule... We were already on the water for and half way to the dealer so figured we would get them in to be looked at....
