Had a appt for my small child and I loved how they took their time to ask and answer all questions. They were very thorough in details and conversations. Very kind and thoughtful and loved the explanation of each process. I found the doctor to be a bit rough handed and not so friendly. Was told we would have a thorough examination done but he was very quick and not great with children. Hoping the results process is quick and thorough.
Exceptional experience. The main doctor was really great, incredibly intelligent and thoughtful in his questions. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience here with our son. Dr Shore was detailed in his assessments and educated us about his disease and had wonderful bed side manners. Every time we meet, he sends us a copy of his notes and provided us with a emergency card when we need to go to the hospital. So grateful we got connected with him.
I am extremly upset! This place needs help operating, I asked for a dr note to be faxed they never faxed it, when they said they werr faxing that day. Then a week later trying to actually get it faxed that faxed it to me twice! Then I was told the provess takes a momth at the longest including results... When in fact it has just been lying aroumd and I had to call to find out what was going on for them to type it up and send it off and now we are looking at another 4-6 weeks....
