I have been going to this practice for 2 years now. I have had no issues with any of the staff or doctors. My wait has never been a long one and the service is excellent. Now I came from a practice that it was nothing to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. For a typical appointment there you had to plan on being there 4-5 hours. So the short times I have waited here is nothing. They are a big practice and with that comes more patients and sometimes longer wait times.
