I have been a patient for years and am always impressed with calm atmosphere, customer service and happiness of the environment.
Keep communications simple. text or email no passwords. You all do a great job or we wouldn't keep coming back. Keep up the good work
Called for a urgent visit appointment for a painful tooth. Appointment made for next day, and was added to a cancellation list for same day if a spot opened. Got a phone call 90 minutes later telling me there was a cancellation later that same day, and was seen within 8 hours of the initial call. A great group of friendly, honest, professional people! Thank you all for your continued commitment to your patients!
We were able to pick up a last minute cancellation that allowed both my son and myself to get our teeth cleaned at the same time. We are watching the health of teeth that had been broken about 18 months ago, and when I asked Dr. Shirtcliff did a quick check and determined we should check with the endodontist. Glad that my questions were honored and my son's teeth were evaluated.
Excellent care, But Dr. found a cavity....but that's not his fault. ;-).
I so appreciate this dental office, we have been customers for about 13 years now. Our family has had nothing but top notch service and quality dental care. Great family practice. My son who is now 16 does not mind going to the dentist due to there kid friendly practices. Thanks to Dr Shirtcliff and all of his staff for a fantastic job!
Always the best! My hygienist, Leann is wonderful and knows here job! Dr Shirtcliff went the extra during my appointment. Answered all my questions on a level of understanding. The receptionist has always been so nice to me from beginning to end. Great team, guys!!
Jennifer is a very nice and friendly receptionist and is very accomodating. I could not ask for a nicer or more professional hygienist in Liane. Very thorough, gentle and knowledgeable.
